HR research, payroll and benefits of the CIPHR software provider show that most British organizations under use the data from their inhabitants – and the expertise of their HR team – in terms of strategic decision -making.
In a 2024 survey Out of 300 HR professionals, only a third (32%) thought that their organizations took advantage of HR analyzes fully and effectively to clarify decision -making.
