The auspicious group has announced that Amanda Nolen, one of the most recognized leaders in global learning technology and the future of work, joined the group as non -executive director.

Amanda consults major world brands such as Google and HSBC, and advises investors, funds, startups and scales, in particular those in the learning and skills technology sector. She is also a highly sought -after opening speaker, as well as the author of a LinkedIn course on the Future of learning in the workplace.
Amanda Nolen says: “If we want the future of work to be brilliant, learning is essential. But L&D must offer clear value – both for the company and for the employee. Too often, courses and technologies are pushed to employees without clear result for one or the other. ”
“This should not be the case. Take AI for example. Each company tries to bring employees to adopt it, but then the instinctive solution is to offer a course. They totally forget that you must help them understand why it is a good competence to have first and why it is worth its time … Then offer opportunities for application and practice that will really strengthen capacity.”
“This is why I am delighted to be a good omen – its unique mixture of narration to create a commitment with high -level learning and technological expertise that offers value for companies around the world.”
As a non-executive director, Amanda will work alongside the good leading team of CO-PDG, Rachel Pendered and Barnaby Cook, and president, Mark Killick, to develop the group in the United States and other international territories.
