The main British recruitment company ACORN by Synergie is proud to announce a five -year contract renewed with the longtime partner Vale, one of the largest nickel producers in the world.
This new contract maintains the successful 10 -year collaboration between Vale and Acorn by Synergie which has seen 95 contracts provided to date – of which 24 have now become permanent roles.
Vale has more than 120 years of production history and continues to play a key role in the engineering and manufacturing sectors of the southern Wales.
The prolonged partnership with Acorn strengthens Vale's commitment to attract and preserve high -level talents through its various operational functions.
Acorn by Synergie has always provided exceptional support, reaching a production rate of 95% and reporting a satisfaction of candidates at 96% in 2024, a testimony of the fort alignment between the two organizations.

At the end of last year, Acorn by Synergie launched its acorn impact strategy, with a commitment to devote 10,000 hours of work over three years to combat obstacles to employment and improve social mobility in the UK communities.
