Established by Henpické: menopause at the workplacethe prestigious 2025 awards for friendly menopause and menstruation employers were judged by an independent panel. They looked for organizations and individuals who could show evidence that their commitment and determination have managed to provide support, solutions and resources that normalize menopause and menstruation in the workplace.
“This year's prices have seen more admissions than ever and an absolutely exceptional quality of work,” explains Deborah Garlick, CEO of Menopause Friendly by Henparked. “The passion and determination of our members shine through their efforts while the impact of their work really changes the lives of their colleagues and communities. The prize -presenting events in London, Nottingham and Liverpool promise to join us for knowledge sharing and networking alongside this year's winners. ”

Thanks to generous sponsors and supporters, prices collect vital funds for menopause and charities, programs and research related to menstruation. Since its creation, the opportunity has made it possible to collect £ 190,000 and this year's event has been on the right track to bring this to £ 230,000.
