The London HR Connection and the HR connection group are delighted to welcome you to our next live event and in “in person” networking where we will explore the best way to “stretch the budget of the advantages”.

In addition to the possibility of networking face to face on a glass or two wine and something to eat, we will be joined by HR leaders and awards to discuss and debate the remuneration and difficult reward landscape that we face.

In the current economic climate, most companies find it difficult to maintain a healthy net profit, which means that there is little or no budget available to improve their employee services proposal.

The emphasis is therefore placed on the realization of the budgetary stretching available further and, if possible, the reconstruction of the social benefits package to improve its ability to attract and retain employees without breaking the bank.

You will hear from our panel of superior practitioners and experts in the matter on opportunities and real examples, in particular:

  • Renegotiation and restructuring of your advantages
  • The use of salary sacrifice to acquire tax efficiency
  • Comment to introduce low advantages or no cost, which will improve your employee proposal

Our panel of speakers will include:

Before joining Hilton Foods, she was director of performance, reward and engagement at Lithia and was the leader of the transformation and change of people as well as the chief of the global award to Jaguar Land Rover.
