Menopause and employers and individuals adapted to menstruation whose commitment and action have proven the lives of their colleagues and communities were recognized at 2025 Menopause & menstruation Friendly Employer Awards – Powered by sponsor Pepy. The winners extend to organizations of large and small and small private and public sectors ranging from a street bank, a hospice and a charity to the county advice, a fire and rescue and football service.
Now in its fourth year, employers' prizes adapted to menopal and recognized menstruation of industry celebrate organizations and individuals whose commitment and determination have managed to provide support, solutions and resources that normalize menopause in the workplace.
For the first time, this year's prices were given in a daytime format, including inspiring speakers, practical panels and community networking. Three regional events took place simultaneously in Nottingham, organized by Boots and the No7 Beauty Company; London, hosted by Standard Chartred and Liverpool, hosted by Qvcuk. Each place appreciated tailor -made speakers, panels and sessions in small groups before meeting for the award ceremony.
“This year's prices have seen more admissions than ever and an absolutely exceptional quality of work,” explains Deborah Garlick, CEO of Menopause Friendly by Henparked. “The passion and determination of individuals were clearly twinned by the commitment of their employers to act and change their culture to create a menopause and a friendly workplace. Our independent panel had a very difficult task to find winners among the participants and, in some categories, we have joint winners because they could simply not decide who to attribute.
“The integration of this year's prices in three regional knowledge and networking events has enabled our members to meet as a community, to listen and learn from each other. Everyone has gone enthusiastically and ideas to continue their excellent work. I would like to thank all our members for their commitment to be menopause and friendly generations: the difference they do is really life for their colleagues today and for future generations. ”.
Generous support
In addition to the head of the Peppy sponsor, Boots and No7 Beauty Company, British Airways, Mars, QVC, Standard Chartred and Menopace by Vitabiotics supported the prices of friendly menopause employers and menstruation with additional BSI, CIPD, Soma and Gym group.

£ 220,000 were collected in total to support vital research and charitable organizations, including the work of the University of Bournemouth on menopause and autism, the Daisy network, menopause and cancer and the PMDD project.
