HR professionals are invited to join the London HR connection event in London this month.
In addition to the possibility of networking face to face on a glass or two wine and something to eat, we will be joined by the leaders of the HR industry to discuss and debate the reasons why HR must practice what it preaches and direct the charge in the creation of an authentic organizational transformation and based on skills.
Our discussion led by a panel will explore how HR must take the initiative to conduct the transformation by examining and starting with the HR function itself. It is a question of allowing more than allowing the company, it is HR to the test of future.
Our panel will examine the skills and strategies necessary to succeed in HR AI age. How the CPO of the future will be the true architect of the labor strategy, an invaluable business manager who influences and stimulates all areas of organization. To allow this, digital dexterity and data, predictive analysis and mastery of AI will be a prerequisite and will define the successful HR function of the future.
