Engineering specialist MARCH Has appointed Jo Pick as his first popular chief officer. The newly created executive role marks an important step in the commitment of the company to feed talents and to advance excellence in engineering.
Jo joins Wincanton, where she managed a team of more than 300 professionals supporting more than 20,000 colleagues across the United Kingdom and Ireland. She has more than two decades of senior management experience in the strategy of people, who also held busy positions in Greencore, Johnson & Johnson and Royal Mail. Its expertise extends over large -scale transformation, digital innovation and complex organizational change, including mergers and acquisitions. Jo is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
In his new role, Jo will direct the People strategy of March, emphasizing the empowerment of teams, allowing career development and the construction of a coherent and very efficient organization. It will supervise initiatives to attract and maintain the best talents, support development through the March Academy and strengthen engineering capacities through the company.

March offers complex engineering and processing programs in highly regulated sectors. Over the past three years, the company has gone from 970 to more than 1,300 colleagues, integrating several acquisitions while continuing to develop organically thanks to long -term customer partnerships.
