After last month's announcement of the return of the Shine Awards, the first prices of the first health and well-being of companies and well-being unclear on alcohol, organized by Steps Together Group, a main British private provider of well-being and drug addiction treatment services, will take place with the full support of the famous racetrack of Aintree. The prizes today reveal their sponsors, the distinguished judgment group and the extended program of celebrities guests.
The event highlights the urgent need for well-being in the workplace, the bad mental health costs of British employers of more than 56 billion pounds sterling per year, one in six employees experiences mental health problems at work and almost three-quarters (72%) of workers want more support. The younger generations are choosing more and more alcohol -free lifestyles, with more than 50% of the reducing British generation or abstaining alcohol (Yougov, 2024).
