Job Description
Our client has a vacancy for a Litigation Solicitor in Stratford, London.
The selected candidate will primarily handle property litigation cases, merger requisitions, and insurance matters. This role requires a thorough understanding of property law, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex legal issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
Minimum of 3-4 years of PQE.
Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and insurance law.
Proven experience handling property litigation cases, merger requisitions, and insurance matters.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
